I'm not happy with the Gig work, how do I get my money back?

If you've been working with someone and you're not happy with their work - or they've simply disappeared, you can easily open a negotiation to get your money back.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Head to the Gig in Gig Center, then click on the payment button.

2. Click on 'Negotiate'

3. Put in the amount you are willing to pay the other user. (You may wish to pay them something for their time, or nothing/$0 if they haven't done any work).

4. Put in the description/reason for the dispute or negotiation. 

5. Click submit.

The other user has 4 days to respond, at which time if they have't, it closes in your favour.
